We had an emergency sewer backup into our house on new year’s day. Michael and his team came and snaked our main sewer drain, resolving the issue and stopping the sewer from continuing to back up into our sinks and tub. We chose Micheal O’Connor to rehab our family home and he was very quick to put together a detailed scope of work for our lenders. When it came to completing the work, he really had our back and all his workers worked over time to get us into our house as quick as they could.
O’Connor Development replaced trim, sheetrock, reframed a closet, painted inside and out, added columns in our basement for support, and installed a new septic system. The sub contractors were all very kind and professional and did a great job.
